falling beanie

ooooooooooooooh its cold outside i mean very cold can't go out without a nice warm hat


This beanie is so comfortable


i used a worsted weight yarn (loops and  threads impeccable)






Yup I took the picture and it was still warm outside


CH: Chain
DC: Double Crochet
FPDC: front post double crochet
SLST: slip stitch
SC: single crochet
BL: back loop
DEC: decrease 2 SC together







Chain 62



join with slst


row 1: begin with a standing dc or if you like ch 3, DC all around
row 2/6: join with slst start with standing dc or ch 3, *2 DC, 2 FPDC* all around.
row 7: sc all around
row 8: sc in bl
row 9: sc, *ch 1, skip 1 st, sc in next st, repeat all around
row 10: SC, SC, *ch 1, skip 1 st, sc in next st repeat
repeat row 8/10 till you hat measure 9 1/2 inch (about 6 rep)
Now work the decrease row in BL
row 25: 8 sc, dec all around SC in 7 remaining st
row 26: DEC, 7 sc all around
row 27: sc all around
row 28: 6 sc, dec, sc in last st
row 29: DEC, 5 sc, sc in last 6 st
row 30: 4 sc, dec, sc in the last 5 sc
row 31 plain row
row 32 dec,3 sc, sc in last 4 sc
row 33: 2 sc, dec sc in last st
row 34: sc, dec, sc in last st
row 35: dec, sc in last st
